    Industry minister: Logistical airport to be established in Mafraq November 19, 2017

    Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Yaroub Qudan said that the government had reached an agreement with a US firm to establish a logistical airport in the city of Mafraq, 80km northeast of Amman.

    In remarks during the opening of the Third Silk Road Conference, which is organized by the Palestinian-Jordanian Business Forum, the minister said that a logistical center will be established in the Mafraq region to become a major base for reconstruction in the region.

    King orders airlift of injured Jordanian citizen from Saudi Arabia November 4, 2017

    Under directives from His Majesty King Abdullah II, a Royal Jordanian air force plane on Friday headed to Ha'il, Saudi Arabia to airlift Jordanian Samih Nasr, who was injured in a traffic accident.
