    Jordanian field hospital in Gaza working at full capacity

    The Jordanian field hospital (Gaza/52) continues providing medical services to the people of Gaza to alleviate their suffering.

    Commander of the hospital, Col. Suleiman Helalat, said that the hospital represents a humanitarian gesture that came upon the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces.

    He added that since it was deployed in 2009, the Jordanian field hospital in Gaza has provided medical service to more than 2 million Palestinians.

    For his part, director of the hospital, Lt. Col. Hatem Zu'bi, said that the medical staff of Gaza/52 have treated 37,000 patients since their arrival.
