Tourism Ministry allows shisha to be served but with conditions

AMMAN — The Ministry of Tourism on Wednesday allowed restaurants and cafes to serve shisha on outdoor terraces and patios with natural air and light. The ministry shared the new decision with the Jordan Hotels Association (JHA) and the Jordan Association for Restaurants (JAR).

The JAR called on its members to abide by the precautionary health guide for restaurants, as well as to adhere to all conditions related to serving shisha, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
