Amman, Feb. 9 (Petra) -- General Director of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), Nizar Mhaidat, announced that anti-COVID-19 vaccine, AstraZeneca, has been granted a permit for emergency use.

Mhaidat told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the AstraZeneca vaccine is the third vaccine the JFDA has approved, after Pfizer and Sinopharm vaccines.
