Amman, Jan. 13 (Petra) -- Economic indexes issued by Jordanian free zones showed a growth of vehicle clearances by 32 percent in 2021 and a recuperation of Covid-19 fallouts in comparison with 2020.
Director-General of the Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZG) Abdul Hamid Gharaibeh told (Petra) on Thursday that clearance growth percentage also included 35 percent of electric vehicles, due to the high demand on them in the Kingdom.
Gharaibeh anticipated an increasing demand on electric vehicles, along with the hybrid gasoline fueled ones.
