Amman, May 25 (Petra) -- The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding with Eureka Tech Academy to boost the youth's capacities in education and technology.

The deal was inked by CPF's CEO Tamam Mango and Eureka's Founder Afnan Ali.

Under the agreement, the two sides will share information about their projects and provide educational opportunities through initiatives and programs including CPF's 'Idea Factory' and 'One Million Jordanian Coders' and Eureka's 'Jordanian Commando Teams Project.'

'We, at the CPF, believe in cooperation and want to enhance it with other stakeholders in the youth sector,' Mango said of the partnership.

'This partnership will allow us to reach out to more young people. Our partners will introduce CPF's projects to Eureka's customers and encourage them to engage. We, in turn, will seek out outstanding individuals to participate in the initiatives 'she continued.

In turn, Ali said: 'We believe that our success in establishing a technological nucleus for a new generation of Jordanians is the result of collaboration with a number of major institutions, including the Crown Prince Foundation. We will continue to work together to provide school students with possibilities in technological education that will prepare them for future jobs.'

Eureka is a Tech Academy that aims to step-by-step teach students aged 6 to 16 to be inventors and engineers. It runs on a scientific program that focuses on technological education and engineering and is the first of its kind in the Arab world.
