Amman, Dec 20 (Petra) -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) voiced its full solidarity with Jordan in addressing all threats to the Kingdom's security and stability.

OIC Secretary-General Hissein Brahim Taha expressed his heart-felt sympathy to the king, government and people of Jordan over the killing of a number of security officers while performing their duty of protecting the Kingdom's national security and stability and countering terrorists and outlaws.

The General Secretariat of the Jeddah-based pan-Islamic organization reiterated its firm stance against extremism and terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
